Pentacost Sunday

O GOD, who as at this time didst teach the hearts of thy faithful people, by sending to them the light of thy Holy Spirit; Grant us by the same Spirit to have a right judgment in all things, and evermore to rejoice in his holy comfort; through the merits of Christ Jesus our Saviour, who liveth and reigneth with thee, in the unity of the same Spirit, one God, world without end. Amen.

Sorry for not posting lately. I’ve been busy looking for a job and doing a little babysitting and trying to get my house in order for a new roomie to move in. On the job front, I’ve got a lot of good leads but nothing solid yet so maybe something will show up and be perfect. I’d really appreciate your prayers.

What now?

I was told yesterday that my empolyment was being terminated. I was somewhat expecting it because of some things that had happened within the past six months (some security violations and an ethics violation all due to my carelessness and ignorance). So needless to say, I’m looking for a job now. Please think of me if you hear anything.

It’s so fun being me. I’m at the monkey….alone….with BJ’s (some of you might remember him as the Angliterian) brand spanking new computer….with him not here. And it’s awesome. Wireless internet @ the monkey helps a bit too. Hanging out with Greg and Melody is a nice surprise. I just wish….nevermind.

It’s late

I’ve been trying to figure out what was going on with my computer. Finally just got frustrated with it all and reached for the 3-disc Quick Restore to reformat my harddrive. The up-side of that: I have an “all new” computer. The bad part: NONE OF MY STUFF.

In other news, the new Citi cards Identity Theft Protection commercials crack me up.
